The purpose and goal of the Binghamton - Oneonta Building and Construction Trades Council is to promote the sixteen unionized construction industry trades within Broome, Tioga, Delaware, Chenango, and Otsego Counties; to maintain harmony and cooperation between all crafts, contractors, general contractors, and the customer; to help supply the skilled labor necessary to complete the owner’s project on time, on budget, and with the best value for their dollar; and to help our members maintain a standard of living that will allow them the security and happiness every citizen should be entitled to in exchange for a fair days work.
